As the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation develops, we are continuing to place the wellbeing and safety of our customers and our team at the forefront of everything we do.

We have been closely monitoring and implementing the latest advice from the World Health Organisation and the New Zealand Government, and will continue to do so over the coming days.

We are currently implementing the highest level of hygiene at our Miele Experience Centres in Auckland and Wellington, which will remain open as usual. Should you wish to visit a Miele Experience Centre, please be reassured the centre has been thoroughly and regularly cleaned, there will be facilities to wash your hands and staff will engage with you at a respectful distance. Any staff members who have recently travelled from overseas will also be required to remain isolated for the recommended period of time before returning to work.

Should you have a fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, headache or shortness of breath or you have returned from overseas in the past 14 days, we ask that you refrain from visiting our Miele Experience Centre in order to ensure the safety of all customers and our team.
