Our home-grown talent, Culinary Expert James joined Miele in 2015 and manages the cooking space at our Gold Coast Miele Experience Centre. As a young enthusiastic apprentice beginning his cooking career in 1994, James has worked across various professional kitchens and vocational education institutes. James enjoys sharing his love of cooking in the demonstration space at Southport.
