Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. The Promoter will not replace lost items if the address details supplied by the entrant is incorrect.

The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

Competition Period

Promotional period commences at 9.00 a.m. (NZST) on 03/07/2023 and closes at 4.59 p.m. (NZST) on 30/07/2023.

Entry Procedure

To enter, entrants must visit the Christchurch Miele Experience store and complete the entry form during the competition period as stated above. The minimum information required to be eligible to win is the name, email address and contact number of the entrant.

Miele accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.

Week one (1) – 03/07/2023 – 8/07/2023 Win either one (1) Washer Dryer, one (1) Villeroy & Boch 6pce Cutlery Set or one (1) Donna Hay Gift Set.
To enter, customers are required to complete the entry form and place it in a box.
At the end of the week (on Saturday) 8/07/23 a random name picked out of a box by a Miele representative with the required entry information and entry procedure will deem to be the winner.
Week Two (2) – 10/07/2023 – 15/07/2023 Win either one (1) Triflex, one (1) Villeroy & Boch 6pce Cutlery Set or two (2) Donna Hay Gift Sets.
To enter, customers are required to complete the entry form and place it in a box.
At the end of the week (on Saturday) 15/07/2023 a random name picked out of a box by a Miele representative with the required entry information and entry procedure will deem to be the winner.
Week Three (3) – 17/07/2023 – 22/07/2023 Win either one (1) Triflex, one (1) Villeroy or Boch 6pce Cutlery Set or one (1) Donna Hay Gift Set.
To enter, customers are required to complete the entry form and place it in a box.
At the end of the week (on Saturday) 22/072023 a random name picked out of a box by a Miele representative with the required entry information and entry procedure will deem to be the winner.
Week Four (4) – 24/07/2023 – 29/07/23 Win either one (1) Triflex, one (1) Villeroy & Boch 6pce Cutlery Set or one (1) Donna Hay Gift Set.
To enter, customers are required to complete the entry form and place it in a box.
At the end of the week (on Saturday) 29/07/23 a random name picked out of a box by a Miele representative with the required entry information and entry procedure will deem to be the winner.
The winner will be notified by telephone and email on Saturday of each week of the draw.
Miele’s decision regarding any aspect of this draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The total prize pool value is $7,951.65 (including GST) as follows:

One (1) Villeroy & Boch 6pce Cutlery Set valued at $155.65 (Incl. GST); or
One (1) Donna Hay Gift Set valued at $96.61 (incl. GST)
One of the above items per winner per week, for 6 days, (Mon- Sat) the total valued at $3,951.26 (incl. GST).
For the avoidance of doubt there will be three (3) winners for this week.

Week two (2) – 10/07/23 – 15/07/2023 Win either:
One (1) Triflex, valued at $1,049 (incl. GST); or
One (1) One Villeroy & Boch 6pce Cutlery Set valued at $155.65 (incl. GST); or
Two (2) Donna Hay Gift Sets valued at $96.61 per set (incl. GST)
One of the above items per winner per week for 6 days, (Mon- Sat) the total valued at $1,397.87 (incl. GST).
For the avoidance of doubt there will be four (4) winners for this week.

Week three (3) – 17/07/23 – 22/07/2023 Win either:

Week Four (4) – 24/07/23 – 29/07/23 Win either:
One (1) Triflex, valued at $ 1,049 (incl. GST); or

One (1) Donna Hay Gift Set valued at $96.61 (incl. GST)
One of the above items per winner per week for 6 days, (Mon- Sat) the total valued at $1,301.26 (incl. GST).
For the avoidance of doubt there will be three (3) winners for this week.

The winners must collect the prize from Christchurch Miele Experience Centre located at Ground Floor, 2 Cathedral Square, Christchurch Central, Christchurch, 8011 by 25/08/2023. Prize values are accurate as at 26th June 2023.

Prize restriction

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize or prizes for a prize or prizes of similar specification or value to any prize or prizes offered in this promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the Prize value. Entrants are only eligible to collect one Prize.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize offered by the Promoter then that element of the prize pack will deemed to have been forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.

If an entrant is successfully drawn as a winner in this competition, other entries submitted by the same entrant will be excluded. This exclusion relates to any other promotion Miele is completing concurrently inclusive of a game of skill.

Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices and discounts and bonuses are not applicable. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in Prize value between now and when the Prize is redeemed.

It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize.

Notification of Winners

Winners will be notified by both telephone and email.

Prize Claim Date

The Prize must be claimed by the winner by 01/09/2023. Failure to claim and/or collect prize will automatically result in forfeiture of the prize without further notice to the winner.
Re-draw Details (if applicable) If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed by Miele (at its sole discretion) invalid in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of entry, a further draw shall take place.

Draw Method: A name will be randomly drawn out of a box.

The winner will be notified by telephone and email. Miele’s decision regarding any aspect of this draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This prize must be claimed by 11/09/2023.

Additional Terms

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury, which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the Prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the promotion, each entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant.
The winner is responsible for any taxation implications (including FBT) that may arise. It is the winner’s responsibility to seek professional advice in regard.
