Operating in Wellington, the Hutt Valley, Kāpiti and Horowhenua, Kaibosh links the food industry with community groups and charitable organisations ensuring that quality surplus food reaches those in need, rather than being needlessly discarded.
Kaibosh redistribute 65,000kg of quality surplus food each month. This is the equivalent of 185,714 meals provided to those who need it most, as well as a 172,250 kg reduction in carbon equivalent emissions.
Our Miele Culinary Experts will be serving a delicious menu that has been consciously prepared to ensure minimal food wastage, demonstrating how easily this can be replicated at home.
Enjoy a sparkling cocktail on arrival and a selection of wines generously donated by Sustainably Sauced Wine.
All proceeds from the ticket sales of the event will be donated to Kaibosh.
